I’m getting a “Video not available in your geographic area” for the race content I’m trying to watch

On the whole, our Live feeds, Full Broadcast Replays and Extended Highlights are only available in the USA and Canada. Select races are also available to Australia & New Zealand – check out our homepage for more details.

If you are supposed to be able to watch the video, please visit http://www.whatismyip.com/ and email the ipv4 address it gives you to customersupport@cycling.tv with the subject as “Incorrect geo-restriction” including the country you are in when you get this message. Before visiting http://www.whatismyip.com/ please ensure you are still at the location and computer where you get the geographic error message from.

Please visit http://www.whatismyip.com/ and email the ipv4 address it gives you to customersupport@cycling.tv with the subject as “Incorrect geo-restriction” including the country you are in when you get this message. I don't want my subscription to auto-renew 

No problem!

Please email your full name, username and the email address your account is linked to to customersupport@cycling.tv with the subject as “Cancel auto-renew” and we'll opt you out right away.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Please email your request to customersupport@cycling.tv ensuring you include your username. If you could take a few seconds to also let us know your reasons for leaving us it would be much appreciated.


I’ve been overcharged

If you think you have been mistakenly overcharged, please email your username and the amounts and dates of the charges to customersupport@cycling.tv and we will resolve this situation as a matter of urgency.
